If you are like me, then you take pride in your work, and always want your builds to look as good as it run. Small details matter, and in addition to removing clutter in the engine bay, we aim for that tasteful splash of color and purposeful bling.
Which is why it didn’t take long to start replacing the ugly OEM hardware here and there, until the look was complete. Unfortunately, we found that ARP had not yet created a single part number to help us purchase their beautiful 12-point SS bolts for the LT4 supercharger lid so we decided to work with ARP on making us the custom kits for those who can about form as much as they do function. The ARP GMS.02 and GMS.03 upgraded supercharger bolt kit upgrades your LT platform with high-strength ARP300 stainless bolts, flanged 12-point heads, and hardened washers for a cleaner install, more consistent clamp load, and far better durability over time. It’s one of those “small” upgrades that makes every future service easier—and looks right at home on a premium build.
ARP300 stainless is corrosion-resistant and designed for harsh underhood conditions, which helps prevent the rust/seize headache you get with cheap hardware over repeated heat cycles. the 12-point flanged head = stronger engagement in tight spaces which gives more positive tool engagement and is ideal for hard-to-reach coil locations, and reduces the chance of rounding compared to typical small hex heads.
