6th Gen. Camaro AWE Track & Touring Axleback Exhaust
AWE Track & Touring Edition Axleback Exhaust - Gen. 6 Camaro SS / ZL1 / LT1
Your Camaro deserves a soundtrack that matches its attitude.
Give your sixth-generation Camaro a stronger voice and a more commanding rear profile with AWE’s Track and Touring Edition quad-tip axleback exhausts. Choose Touring for an aggressive exhaust note with engineered drone cancellation, or Track for a louder, more unfiltered personality.
Finished with four substantial 4.5-inch exhaust tips, these systems bring premium construction and unmistakable presence to your Camaro.
CHOOSE YOUR SOUND
Touring Edition: Muscle When You Want It. Comfort When You Cruise.
Want to hear your V8 when you get into the throttle without the persistent cabin resonance that can wear you out on a longer drive? The Touring Edition adds AWE’s patented 180 Technology® to manage unwanted exhaust frequencies while preserving the character of the engine.
Rather than relying on restrictive internal baffles, this system uses tuned acoustic chambers alongside a straight-through exhaust path.
How does 180 Technology® work?
Sound waves enter specially sized reflection chambers through precisely positioned ports. The chambers return those waves to the exhaust stream 180 degrees out of phase with targeted frequencies, helping cancel the sound responsible for drone.
AWE tunes the chamber dimensions and port locations to the vehicle’s acoustics. The result is a system designed to keep the exhaust exciting under acceleration and comfortable during cruising.
Choose Touring if you want a pronounced V8 soundtrack with greater everyday refinement.
Track Edition: Turn up the attitude & the volume.
The Track Edition omits Touring’s 180 Technology® chambers for a more direct, aggressive exhaust experience.
Choose Track if exhaust volume and raw character are your priorities and you are comfortable with greater cabin sound and the potential for drone.
Track is a sound configuration; these systems do not provide selectable quiet and loud modes.

• Four 4.5-inch double-walled exhaust tips.
• Choice of Chrome Silver or Diamond Black tip finish.
• Slash-cut tips with adjustable positioning during installation.
• Touring Edition includes patented 180 Technology®.
• Track Edition omits the drone-canceling chambers.

AXLEBACK SIMPLICITY
These systems replace the factory rear muffler section while retaining the existing upstream exhaust. They are a focused way to change your Camaro’s sound and appearance without purchasing a complete catback.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS
• 3020-42067 — Track Edition, quad Chrome Silver tips.
• 3020-43075 — Track Edition, quad Diamond Black tips.
• 3015-42093 — Touring Edition, quad Chrome Silver tips.
• 3015-43115 — Touring Edition, quad Diamond Black tips.
FITMENT & FACTORY EXHAUST CONTROLS
• Intended for compatible sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro SS, ZL1, and LT1 applications.
• These four part numbers use quad outlets and require an appropriate rear valance with clearance for four tips.
• Confirm the exact year, trim, body style, transmission, and existing exhaust configuration before ordering.
• These are non-valved exhaust systems and do not retain factory NPP exhaust sound control.
• On NPP-equipped vehicles, the factory rear exhaust valve wiring is disconnected, protected, and secured during installation.
• AWE states that leaving the NPP wiring disconnected does not affect vehicle performance or operation.
INSTALLATION & INCLUDED COMPONENTS
Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust to remove the rear muffler section. The AWE rear sections then attach using the supplied adapters and clamps, with the factory hanger brackets transferred to the new system.
The quad-outlet installation kit includes:
• Driver-side and passenger-side rear exhaust sections.
• Four 4.5-inch slash-cut tips in the selected finish.
• Two 2.75-inch-to-3-inch inlet adapters.
• Two 3-inch Accu-Seal exhaust clamps.
• Four 3-inch tip clamps.
Professional installation is recommended. Returning to the original factory muffler after cutting requires suitable sleeve clamps.
AWE advises allowing approximately 800–1,000 miles for the exhaust sound to settle. Periodic tip cleaning with mild soap and water helps preserve the finish.
OPTIONAL GMS Rear Bumper Belly Pan
Complete your exhaust upgrade with the optional GMS Rear Bumper Belly Pan, as removing the factory suitcase muffler exposes a large cavity beneath the rear bumper where air can collect, creating the unwanted “parachute effect.” The GMS belly pan closes off this opening to promote smoother airflow beneath the rear of your Camaro and help reduce turbulence and aerodynamic drag. Made from lightweight .080-inch 5052-H32 aluminum with a durable black wrinkle powder-coat finish, it installs using factory mounting points with no drilling required. Protective rubber and foam gaskets are included, with dedicated versions available for both AWE Touring and Track exhausts. You can read more about them HERE.
MANUFACTURER BACKING
• AWE Lifetime Exhaust Warranty covers tubing, welds, and flex areas, subject to manufacturer terms.
• Chrome Silver and Diamond Black tips carry a one-year finish warranty.
• AWE Fitment Guarantee and No Check Engine Light Guarantee apply subject to their stated conditions.
• AWE identifies these products as 50-state emissions legal because they do not alter emissions-control or monitoring equipment.
• Emissions compliance does not establish compliance with every local exhaust-noise limit.
• Track Edition products are excluded from AWE’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
