The Ultimate Blend of Form, Function & Motorsports Engineering
Running E85 on the GM LT engine platform (LT1 / LT4) offers one of the biggest performance gains per dollar when you want maximum power, timing advance and knock protection. Thanks to its effective octane rating (typically 100–105+) and high latent heat of vaporization, E85 dramatically reduces intake charge temperatures and knock tendency compared to even the best pump gasoline you can find. On boosted LT4 applications and high-compression LT1 builds alike, this allows for more ignition timing, higher boost, and more aggressive airflow without detonation, translating directly into substantial horsepower and torque gains. E85 also burns cooler and more evenly, improving cylinder-to-cylinder consistency and providing a wider tuning safety margin under sustained load—critical for track use and high-duty-cycle street cars. While E85 requires increased fuel volume (roughly 30% more than gasoline), the payoff is more power, improved knock resistance, and greater engine protection, making it the fuel of choice for serious LT-platform performance builds when paired with the right pumps, injectors, lines, and ethanol content sensing, and that is where we come in.
Having tested many of the aftermarket solutions on our SHOP CAR, one thing because very clear, very fast. No one had put the time and effort into offering a turn-key, tank to motor solution that provided everything you want and need to improve filtration and flow, all while having the best looking kit on the market, and the only one with a secure mounting provision.

Like all of the cool sh*t Advanced Fuel Dynamics seems to come out with, the new E-SENSE is no different. Although it took them 6 years of design, development testing and validating, we now have access to the HIGHEST FLOWING, HIGHEST PERFORMING PERFORMING, MODULAR, ALTERNATIVE TO THE OLD SCHOOL GM/CONTINENTAL FUEL CONTENT SENSOR, that was designed and built from the ground up!
Just to be clear, the old school continental sensors still work! But like all great improvements that are made… why wait until things are broken, or no longer available to start pushing the boundaries, adding functionality, increasing flow and most of all, provide the end user as much mounting and connection options as possible. Which is exactly what we are doing with our E-SENSE Flex Fuel Sensor & Bracket Package.
FEATURES & BENEFITS;
Massive Flow Rate: Up to 12x the fuel flow rate of the GM/Continental sensor, eliminating flow restrictions and reducing fuel turbulence. Perfect for those like me that had already upgraded to -8AN Fuel lines, but were then stuck with the continental sensor bottleneck.
Modular Fittings: for me the biggest advantage of the E-SENSE is the creative Interchangeable fittings for OE style 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" quick connect, and threaded -6AN, -8AN, -10AN, and - 12AN, or - 8AN ORB which helps to ensure seamless integration with various OEM and custom fuel systems with no bulky, expensive bypass requirements.
Proven Accuracy: Advanced Fuel Dynamics invested in extensive testing to ensure the new E-SENSE was not just “AS” accurate as the old GM/Continental sensor but “MORE ACCURATE” with additional sophisticated temperature compensation. Sensing ethanol content is not linear when it comes to fuel temps. In other words, the calculations are not a two-dimensional graph. For each change in fuel temperature there is a corresponding, unique calculation. The ESense has a more thorough compensation map to temperature than the GM sensor. In other worlds, more adjustment for smaller temperature changes. This makes it more accurate at all temps ranges.
Output Compatibility: The E-SENSE uses the same 50-150Hz output range as Continental Sensor ensuring perfect system and harness compatibility.

CORE COMPONENT #3 - Racetronix 10-micron fuel filter + check valve kit
This is a MUST HAVE for those who are running upgraded Di Injectors, and want to protect your investment from harmful contaminants, and don’t want to clutter up the engine bay. Which was exactly the case that motivated us to create the custom bracket that would support the serviceable Racetronix fuel filter we wanted to use.
We chose this specific Racetronix filter housing for a few distinct reasons. 1: At only 5.5” long and approximately. 2” in diameter and equipped with -10 ORB high flow directional inlets and outlets this this filter body works double duty by being super compact yet high-flowing, which allows you the flexibility to use a wide range of fuel lines from -6 to -10 depending on your fuel volume needs. 2: Was the intelligent two piece case design allowing you access to inspect / clear or replacement the 10 Micron 304SS Filter Element with magnetic base.
For the bracket, it was important that we utilize the largest cavity under the car for easy access even when working off jack stands like me. We designed this bracket to perfectly contour the dimensions of this filter body, and utilizes OEM attachment points. The .063” aluminum bracket is lightweight, and treated to a durable satin wrinkle black powder coat and paired with SS clamp hardware.

Although we were guilty of zip-tying our first GM Continental Ethanol sensors to the firewall also, it’s not like we had any other good options…. until NOW.
