ARP Re-useable LT4 Supercharger Bolts
NOTE: CURRENTLY TAKING PRE-ORDERS ONLY… THE FINAL PRODUCTS WILL BY JANUARY 10th. AFTER THAT PRICING WILL GO UP TO NORMAL RETAIL.
If you are like me, your 1.7L supercharger has been on and off of the car more times that you can count during your horsepower building journey. For me, it’s been at least 5-6 times over the last few years as I sent it out for Kong Porting, completed a H/C package, upgraded my injectors (twice) and now to upgrade to the XDI Goliath HPFP.
Each time, there was a little bit of a cringe as I spent another $135 for a set of OEM one time use bolts. Before the last injector upgrade I even spent some time looking for an aftermarket upgraded & re-useable bolt set, but that search came up empty handed. With the blower being off for the 6th time in 3 years, I decided to take this project on for myself, and bring a re-useable, high performance bolt kit to market!
The objective? Provide a “better than OEM” solution that would allow for easy re-use, provide 66% more thread engagement for better torque distribution, which also allows for up to 60% more clamping force should you wish to increase the final torque values from the OEM 8 ftlbs to the ARP rated 13ftlbs.
With our goals clearly laid out, we reached out to our friends at ARP who were already making the optional upgraded hardware kit that we offer, for the DMS Billet Supercharger Lid we use.
It didn’t take long before the designs were complete, and a new product was born! Although these are exclusively made for us by ARP, the recipe is similar to the majority of their upgraded stainless steel product line which consists of their custom 450 age-hardened stainless steel, 170ksi Ultimate Tensile Strength (more than double the OEM bolts), Yield strength would of 153ksi, cut with a sexy 12 point head, and polished to perfection. In short, meticulously crafted to outperform OEM fasteners in every way using a superior stainless steel alloy

Each ARP bolt features a 66% increase in useable thread length compared to the factory bolts, ensuring deeper and more secure thread engagement within the cylinder head. This extended engagement allows for a more even distribution of clamping load, reducing the risk of loosening over repeated heat cycles and maintaining consistent torque retention.
Increased Torque Capacity for High-Performance Builds:
Thanks to the advanced metallurgy and ARP’s precision manufacturing, these bolts can safely handle up to 60% more torque than the OEM specifications.
