The correct heat range depends on your engine’s compression, boost level, and tuning. Cooler plugs are often better for high-performance or forced-induction setups. We offer the RR14S which is 1-step colder than stock and the RR12S which is 2-steps colder. We recommend the RR14S plug between 550-700rwhp and then the RR12S for 700-1,000rwhp. For reference, I used the RR14S when I was at 660rwhp and switched to the RR12S after I was past 770rwhp based on my tuners recommendation.
