Are you ready for more blower whine, stump pulling torque, less belt slip, and most of all… less crankshaft vibrations? Then look no further than our ATI Lower Pulley Packages for the LT4 engine.

The patented ATI Super Damper is the only crankshaft damper designed exclusively for high performance Chevy engines.

  • Tunable, rebuildable, and extremely efficient at ALL RPM’s.

  • Approximately 25% lighter than the OEM (includes pulley).

  • Eliminates dangerous torsional crankshaft vibrations.

  • Convenient Laser engraved timing marks.

  • Beautiful black zinc chromate finish.

  • Exceeds SFI 18.1 specifications.

The ATI Serpentine Super Damper contains grooves for serpentine belts machined into the outer damper shell. The dampers come standard with 6 outer grooves for standard OEM drive systems and 8 grooves for the LT4 supercharger drive belt

With a combined weight of approx. 12 pounds vs. 16 pounds for the OEM unit, that reduces rotational mass by approx. 25% weight savings. Reducing rotational mass can provide benefits like quicker engine acceleration, improved throttle response due to the reduced rotational inertia particularly in high RPM situations, by allowing the crankshaft to spin up faster.

Combine this peace of mind, added protection with the power making lower pulley combination with sizes ranging from 8.8” (10% OD) to 9.6” (20% OD).

Our friends at Dedicated Motorsports manufacture these beautiful lower pulleys in a range of diameters to help meet your HP goals. These pulleys are designed to fit the 918856 and 918854 ATI harmonic balancers and work with LSA, LT4, KONG, Harrop, Magnuson and many other supercharger brands. All DMS pulleys are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for anti-wear properties. 

Although most high horsepower builds run an upgraded pulley on both the lower and the upper, we suggest you start with the lower pulley first. The main reason is (increased belt wrap) due to the fact that the lower pulley increases in diameter when adding boost vs. the upper pulley that needs to decrease the diameter in order to build more boost (decreasing belt wrap).

These pulleys are also easy to swap out for more boost later down the road, as your power goals and needs change. Total time to swap a lower pulley and install a new belt is about 30 minutes or less.
